At Eagle Eye Fishing Charters, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our schedule, our charter booking policy includes the following cancellation guidelines:
**Standard Bookings**
Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled charter will receive a full refund of the 25% deposit or the option to reuse it for a rescheduled trip.
If cancellations occur within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled charter, the full charter fee will be charged. No-shows or late arrivals will also incur the full charter fee and are not eligible for refunds.
**Same-Day & Last-Minute Bookings**
All fishing charter cancellations for bookings made within 72 hours of the trip are final. Same-day and last-minute bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the full charter fee due at the time of booking for trips scheduled within 72 hours of departure.
**Weather & Captain Cancellation**
In the event that the charter is canceled by the captain due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule for a future date.
All weather-related decisions are made at the captain’s discretion for safety reasons.
